I quit using progressive when they wanted me to put a chip in my car to track my driving habits. Pay a little more now, but that's ok.

Ya i heard about these things "Tattlers" It's OK if you are the only driver but if you have kids or a lead foot wife it can really cost you even though they have not had any accidents.

If you drive without any insurance, in my opinion
it is almost legal to shoot you.
Ok that would be a bit overdone. But if you don't want to payinsurance, don't drive a car. It doens't have to cost
much. If you don't have enough money to have
insurance. You don't have enough money to maintain your
car as wel. Which means, you'll probably cause shit to happen.
Combine it with the trajectoryspeed-control system (we got overhere) and it even doesn't have to cost that much extra.

Here's what pisses me off about car insurance.

Before there was such a mandate in the US which forced Americans to buy a product (which is unconstitutional), once an accident was ruled to be the fault of X driver, that driver was responsible for damages - his and theirs. In the event of an unforeseen accident - like sliding on ice - the view was that it's your own damn fault for driving in such conditions.

What ever happened to be individually responsible?
