The Nobody dude.

What if this nobody is really just a normal dude who the powers to be decided to gang stalk? Perhaps his lunacy made him entertaining to watch so more and more people started watching? Then late night cable pundits started commenting about him using some sort of secret hand gesture and arbitrary color and fruit? The nobody threads started in the year of 2010 so we can guess that's around the time line we'd have to start looking. Watching episodes looking for the signals that seem out of place.
What could this normal dude do? If he told anyone that he was being watched by TPTB they would just send him to a psych ward. No one would believe there are satellites in the sky capable of reading minds and broadcasting those thoughts over the internet.
No I think this nobody was just some dude who was a little out of his mind and was preyed on. I don't think he has any sort of super power, although when the TV starts commenting on your thoughts you might start to think you do.

The real power doesn't lie with this nobody, the power lies with the people who know he exists. Those who can out the powers to be with the evidence.

There must be a lot of people in on the secret.
