The moment I heard Assange say he would not touch 9/11 I knew he was not to be trusted. Of course, that also applies to the whole Wikiscam.

He's the darling of gubbmint propaganda media here, they gave him an award. He also recently announced he is considering standing for election here, that means he's in the club.

i think we have fallen into (including Julian) the trap of forgetting what the original message and reason for wikileaks. It reminds me of the DJ worship of the late 90's...Do you become famous for playing someone else's song? Do you sit and stare at the box that the chocolates came in or do you feast on the chocolates? Julians weakness was, and will always be his ego and the PTB have used this against him...Why did he turn this into something about him...? Or how was he railroaded into this position by the media? Don't get me wrong, I think wikileaks is a great idea...but poor old Julian has allowed his "celebrity status " to go to his head, and in the process water down the information he has released...Hand it over to someone else who is more interested in disseminating truth rather than ones own cult-like celbrity status...better still let's celebrate the whistle-blowers instead...All hail Bradley Manning!!!
