Yep its been down for at least 12 hours

I assume they are either updating their servers or something, or had downtime due to quaking ground. That has happened before.

I am not sure that asking why it's down is quite what they meant by a "technical question."

I do have eiscat. its different but still shows some activity on the low frequency.
