K.Kool User ID: 21697938 Australia 04/22/2013 06:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sounds good Friend, I don't have a better plan atm, so I'll ferret away the pennies, let's see who gets there first, and then we can decide where. Quoting: K.Kool Maybe we could arrange the first real life GLP get-together, that has been talked about for so long, if we end up travelling in the States. After I spend money on the trailer I'll have extra funds. Since it's an antique trailer we can go to the shows and meet some of those people and perhaps travel with a caravan or two. I thought it would be kind of neat to have part of the documentary meeting up with GLPers and getting their take on "things". I think that could be very "interesting" We can start in Santa Fe with Sloane :D We're already invited! Yes you are both invited - open invitation! And I have space for you to park the trailer. This place . . . the food, the music scene, Native American culture/dance festivals, the art, spectacular hiking/nature, the fun. Just not in the winter - it's too cold and quiet, nothing happening. May through September is perfect. I'm going to pm you my e-mail address, in case something happens to this website (perish the thought I know). I love the GLP documentary - to see everyone else - but . . . how to do it and remain incognito GLP style? - I have a hard enough time as it is holding back just with the posts, haha. K.Kool . . . sorry you lost a friend, so sad. But isn't it something that he went out doing something he loved? I imagine he loved surfing with a passion. :HeartSky: Thanks for the invite, it is looking like I'll be taking it up with Friend in her travelling machine, ideas are brewing and pennies will soon be amassing, heh heh. About my friend, it was definitely the way to go for him, and I know once the most intense parts of grieving ease off for his family, they will be grateful he went out on a surfboard. Love the song, thankyou dear friend! Last Edited by #KK# on 04/22/2013 06:31 PM |

That's what I hope your friend gave you. And that your friend spent his last day riding the waves, ah, swift to a treasure beyond the sea free from rust and concerns of leaden weight. A ride well done. A race now won. To a treaure, a chest full of Grace. I wish you and your friend's family peace and comfort, Kool. God Bless and keep you all |

I'm starting out with a ford conversion van and a 1957 travel trailer with a tent which attaches to the back of the van that makes the van part of the tent. I want part of the documentary to show the vast different variations of the people and lands of the US. I think the world will be shocked :D Then when we are rich from that venture we bring it to the GLPers around the world! :lolkit: But Lord, he stinketh! :fnecsm: "When the sky crackles in an electric dance of a beautiful requiem of lapis lazuli, maybe you will remember..." ~ Anonymous Coward 77360040 |
