You don't need to eat like a gerbil. You can have delicious meals made of raw food with very little cooking.
For instance, I follow a "flavor per calorie" diet. As you notice the chemical foods have very little actual flavor.
Breads, pasta, none of that in my diet. For my lunch today I am having:
Sun dried tomato slices, a chunk of Vermont white cheddar cheese, three slices of salami, and a chocolate bar (90% chocolate, second ingredient being cane sugar)
For dinner I am having:
Field green salad with a sprinkling of sausage for flavor, a quarter of a small rotisserie chicken with whipped avocado.
Kick ass, right?
Instead of sour cream I use greek yogurt with a squeeze of lemon.
