Then I went on to eating organic vegetables and free range humanely slaughtered meat, and it felt like being cleansed straight down to the soul. Charlie if you ate gluten, the detox is equated to that of heroin!the first time i went raw after eating years and years of fast food it liked to kill me! Bad juu juu lol  I don't eat any kind of bread any more. I go for French and Italian peasantry style meals. An apple, a chunk of cheese, some chunks of meat etc.
