An increasing number of researchers conclude alien abductions/implants/animal mutilations are part of an effort to demonize the UFO phenomena.

Evidently there are black-budget operations in place whereby targets have induced experiences of abductions. There is a complete lack of evidence supporting the alien hypothesis (for instance, there are virtually no cases of abductions where family members confirm the "abductee" as missing during said time) and also according to the testimony of "abductees" if at any time during the incident they resist the proceedings then typically it comes to a complete stop - contradicting the notion of being "abducted" in the first place.

Furthermore, those who are targeted claim that "Grey" aliens glide through walls, almost like ghosts. What is not explained is how the target is also able to pass through those same walls as they are taken to the UFO which is presumably hovering nearby.

In light of this, and assuming those who have been targeted aren't all lying, then we arrive at a more satisfactory conclusion when we regard the Radio-Hypnotic Intracerebral Control & Electronic Dissolution of Memory hypothesis. These are covert technologies used for the sole purpose of psychological manipulation. In some cases, targets say they are often abducted a second time, only now by military-looking personnel.

Often "greys" are seen to be working side by side with military people. Common sense dictates this is in fact part of the same operation. The target is more likely to take their "alien abduction" more seriously if all of a sudden they are the subject of intense interest by men in military uniforms.

This is reminiscent of the 'men in black' strategy whereby FBI-types knock on your door the day after an apparent abduction, thereby making the situation appear all the more serious and therefore genuine.

Seems like you don't understand the technology that is being described. Its not that difficult, the brain produces weak radio waves for each neuron or cluster that fires. A supercomputer can tell from the patterns what each of these firings mean.

Not only that, but the process is reversible. By sending weak ELF radio waves, neurons in the brain can be made to fire. So, hallucinations can be used as a form of communication (i.e. voice, video, pictures, even feelings and sensations).

As for a form of extortion, Deepthought seems to suggest that is true. The NSA has been conducting experiments and trying to cover it up by events the A.I. provoked in the first place.
