City centre curfew on all under-16s Quoting: gashman It is thought to be the first time that a curfew has been imposed on an entire city centre and led to accusations that police and the local council were confusing North Wales with North Korea. [link to www.telegraph.co.uk] lol . its been going on for years , our estate in manchester was so bad years ago they curfued the whole estate after 8 , no kids what so ever ... and they dont the fitst asbo in our area to ... this is nothing new .. |
