The show is cool. It has well developed characters who have flaws and are fun friends. It's a lot of fun for young and young at heart.

Perverts like the OP aren't child friendly and they see everything through a sexualized lens. This show was not meant for people who have the if they can't fuck it or kill it mentality it isn't worth anything mentality.

Actually, I think you should find some material to research about one of these "Bronycons" before you jump to conclusions about me.

I'm sure the show is relatively neutral and may be about flawed characters but that doesn't even begin to address the fact that there's something just not right about all of this...

This hasn't cleared up anything for me. Lots of kid's shows are half decent but this is the first time I've seen several normal guys (read, not gay, not cross dresser, guys I've known for a while that aren't interested in other girly stuff) post pictures of these ponies and such.

it doesn't even seem to be in an ironic way- it just seems like they like the ponies. That are pink and teach you good morals or something. You would think these guys would not really be into things that are girly and cheesy. And they otherwise aren't. Why ponies?

Watch the damn show for yourself. It's awesome. My son is 15 and he loves them, that's how I know. My son isn't a "furry" or a pervert he just loves the characters and enjoys the stories. They are cute.

My conclusion is that we are turning Japanese since the original Japanese are killing themselves with Fukushima.

Japanese straight men have been obsessed with cute pink cartoon things for at least a decade now if not more.

Still, I wonder why the ponies were the thing to do it. Personally I do not see what makes them particularly appealing, from the images and explanations I've seen.

I am not too sure you are very up-to-date with what it's like to be a kid these days. I have seen firsthand that very young females are into things like lesbianism, interracial dating, dressing provocatively, and I've been in chatrooms with young adult males in the 18-25 range of age who seem to be particularly into underage girls and strange fetishes like "sounding".

Anyways, I've seen some of your threads and you appear to be heavily trolling.

It's not only this but at the workplace I have witnessed first-hand and been privy to a lot of talk by young adults and older adults of a nature that suggests they are heavily into several kinds of extreme deviancy including statutory rape of minors, drug dealing, and sleeping around with each other.

I've also noticed that our society has decayed tremendously.

The trash people I see on a daily basis makes me think the world would be better off if we could just decide to draw lines and tell people to stop doing what they are doing and bring back the guillotine for those who refuse to change or have really shamed themselves, their families, and the rest of us who try to act with some degree of decency.

Truly, these "Bronies" need to have the shit beat out of them, and I don't care if they are 15 years old and they have parents with absolutely no values and mental sicknesses who troll everyone on GLP including those who troll others; and as for the white females (I don't see anyone else doing it) who are reproducing with ebonic-speaking subhumans, bring back the guillotine.

Society is getting more and more open-minded but also very careless and wrong.

I am currently working diligently to be able to move somewhere in the US where people are of a higher quality, less ghetto and rural, but I know that there is a steady creep going on of trash humanity into every periphery of our last vestiges of what can pass for normal and decent communities.

I'm with you. My 3 year old daughter watches My Little Pony, and I catch a few seconds here and there, but I have to say, I have never seen anything a heterosexual adult man would be even remotely interested in.
