All I know is that everyone is so wrapped up in reality TV (and have no clue) and then when they turn on the news they show them all the reality TV shows that they missed, the only International news is what comes off the AP ticker that Big Brother wants you to know. bahhhhhh Sheep go back to sleep.

A little bit of both, and a lot of neither. They're not retarded; they just would rather focus on less distressing pursuits, like live Facebooking their vacations and dinners, and Dancing with the Stars. Some of them ain't the brightest bulbs, but like you, I know plenty of highly-educated people who care much more about football than world events.

We're not crazy (most of us, anyway), although too much of this stuff can sure make you feel a little crazy, especially when everyone around you is oblivious. It does kinda make you wish you had taken the blue pill, though, huh?

Friend when considering that most humans only care and ponder about themselves, their own lives and immediate needs, wants and problems..external situations and realities in other countries and regions are often reduced to simply topical and meaningless abstract events ...that they have either little interest in or no control over.

Ironnically, it is not that better or different for all those who do actually care about all the imbalances and injustices that occur in all our fake, criminal and corrupt ponzi hierarchical control systems (of greed and power). As they too have very little actual ability to change the ongoing polarising false flag divide and rule plans, agendas and policies of all our fake and corrupt elites and their crony cartels and institutions (aeven the term elite is actually a artificial and meaningless hierarchical term and construct).

So personally friend, I wouldn't worry about all the blind, selfich and delusional fools and idiots...as they are all complicit players in the game and have chosen what they want to and follow.

..and sadly most people are delusional sheep in the human farm management project.
