What does it matter?
If the House actually represented the people, would we have had bank bailouts?

Once everybody started turning to the government to fix their problems, we lost. Now if something goes wrong, you ask the president to fix it. Build your house next to the river, and it it floods...ask the government to help you. Government, ridding people of personal responsibility since 1962.
