It will be more like Canada, where the Senate is non-elected and non-responsible.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20577767 Americans aren't seeing anything resembling responsible inside our Senate currently and they vote for things that imply they were not elected officals. LOL House isn't much better, sometimes it's worse. Whatever would make these legislators to weaken their power to advise and consent, it shows deep rot in Washington.
