I believe the controversy is over the Pope needing to bless Russia in some special way?
I don't understand exactly what he needs to do to fulfill the prophecy. But, whatever it is, he apparently ain't doing it.

Sor Lucia while staying in the Convent in Tuy, Spain had allegedly the vision requesting the consecration to be carried out at the same time with the presence of all the Bishops.etc...June 13 1929

The request allegedly was reiterated in August 1931..again in Spain..in Rianjo..and the request for consecration was for Russia,Spain, Portugal Europe and the whole world


This is just my opinion: i think Spain, Portugal, Russia and by extension the whole of Europe are specifically mentioned because these countries especially and Europe by extension have a positive influence and significance in the end ti e scenario and that is why they are specifically mentioned. The consecration would give them added special protection and enable them to fulfill their Divine Destiny..

Today is the anniversary of my conversion. The Blessed
Mother came to Conyer's Georgia for her final apparition
there. I witnessed the sun spin in morning sky.

On October 12th 1954..the day of Our Lady of Pilar and the day before the anniversary of the Fatima miracle of the Sun..Spain was officially consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in an official national ceremony..the text says the consecration is solemn, official and irrevocable..and offers Spain to the Immaculate Heart of Mary for protection and defence and as Her possession and property

The Blessed Mother is very special to me as well.

On May13th..anniversary of the first apparition of Our Lady of Fatima thePope John Paul II was saved from being killed afterbeing shot in St.Peters square.The Pope always termed this as miraculous and due to Our Lady of Fatima. He later went on pilgrimage to the shrine.and had the bullet incrusted in Her crown .

The man who shot him was later forgiven by the pontif..this individual from his prison used interviews with the Italian press to address the Pope requesting him to reveal the 3rd secret.
