Interesting choice of words from a president who has completely screwed up the economy and brought nothing 'good' to the plate so far for 99% of Americans. Best would imply that something good has already happened and if so, who did it happen to? The elite? Who's perspective is he talking about here?

It gave me shivers too, and I don't even live in America.

I refused to watch the speech. Heard this blip on tv. Stopped me dead in my tracks. It came across as sadistic, in his celebrated arrogance.
