How is Satans plan NOT Gods plan as well

Well I think the plan is to give someone a chance. The same thing any investor does when he takes a risk.

Free will. That's the answer. I could put you and a bunch of people in a room and say you can do what you want as long as you allow others to do what they want, and you do not interfear with their free will, as they shouldn't with yours. The moment one makes another do what they want them to rather then allow free will expression the contract has been broken.
