That would be a big help when you seek medical advice because you would be able to tell the doctor exactly what your body was doing. Your symptoms could be a lot of things, but it's important to rule out serious, life threatening conditions first, things like serious sleep apnea, or maybe fibrillation of the heart. So, looking for a sleep lab is not a bad idea. |

The feeling of death is due to your physical body system stoping. In fact you can totally live only with the etheric body. This implies that when your conciousness has totally moved into your etheric body (during deep meditation for example), your respiration and blood flow totally stops, you look dead but you are not. Usually it takes lots of meditation to achieve such step. This process may happen during sleep also, but being conciouss of this process is not so common since you are meant to be unconciouss. You are just dicovering a normal process of your body that occurs since you were in the womb. The problem is that when you are conciouss of this process and panic, then the concioussness transfers back into your physical body. But since your physical body was close to close to stop (energy body doing the job), you panic even more... nothing to worry about, you better exploit it to evolve spiritually...lots of people would give a lot to have same thing happening. the breathing, blood flowing and cerebral activity may not be so natural for us humans. Being able to stop physical body system while still being alive is a high grade achieved meditation. work on it dude, you are gifted.
