Ok here on the Stourbridge side of Dudley, but I was only talking about power problems yesterday. My sister in Sedgley (on the edge of Dudley/Wolverhampton) had a power cut the night before last and there have been several local power cuts around here the week before.

a guest at our house was walking by the river last night, she saw a large, brilliant green flash, not round but misshapen, light up the sky very fast. AT THE SAME TIME the transformers on our block and some more in our neighborhood blew out.
