In what year can we accomplish Star Trek for real?

Some say it exists already - locked up in the black world.

our cell phones are the ships communicators,their is also cloaking tech.but things like that got a 100 year shelf life before non secret society members can eat from the can.

Very soon. We could build pretty descent scout ships for mars and whatnot that would be very safe to use. Would have to be one massive hull and pretty unbreakable to be able to handle the speeds you are talking about. Star trek does not bring up the fact so much that we might be able to manipulate time too once we are at that developed.
