Imagine the dollar has collapsed, EBT cards are not working, a solar flare or other crisis has crippled infrastructure.... You are with your family in the city and you have one last chance to make a decision..... The nice agent helper man says you can get on the "happy bus" to the "happy camp" if you will take an injection with everyone in your party. You will get food and a bed at the "happy camp" and safety from looters and rioters. Or... you can brave "the road" out to the country and sticks and hope to reach cousin Jedediah who you always thought was a nut case.... WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
