No he's just a dumbass and realized when they were behind camera waving at him that maybe he shouldn't beat a rock with a hammer wile they are live taping.

Toward the end you can see what looks like a shadow protruding from the hand that held the hammer. I'm guessing it's the hammer head.

I noticed that guy in the clip last month. And no, there is no reason at all, on God's earth, why in hell he is tapping a rock with a hammer, and then nonchalantly drops it.

It had to be in connection with someone's mind control programming - the boy, or someone else.

Exactly. The guy is there to monitor the news coverage as it is taped.
