OP is referencing the Rapture of the Church - in Revelation 4:1 is the "come up hither" and John is shown the majesty of God's Throne, encircled by a rainbow. From this point on, the church is not mentioned any further in the book of Revelation.

The "wind" is a reference to the Holy Spirit, whom Jesus likened unto the wind in Jonn 3:8(but isn't the wind), but who will be "taken out of the way" (2Thessalonians 2:7) at which point the church is raptured, the "Wicked" one is revealed, with lying signs and wonders, and God sends His "strong delusion" whereby people will believe a/the Lie. See 2Thessalonians 2.

And, actually, "wispy" is a good way to describe the feeling of movement.

Two days ago when "the wind" caught me I was in the kitchen cooking dinner. My etheric body started rocking like I was going OBE, all wispy like, side-to-side and up-and-around, and so viseral...just standing up and working like that, rocking and rolling. It got to be so much someone else had to finish dinner, and I laid down. I breathed through it.

The past two days have been precious. I love-love these times when veils drop, when doors open, and when seals can be dissolved (presently, three crystalline dissolved, if I'm correct - and I'm not even sure what that means, but I mean to say it)...and I get to learn about things previously unaccessible to me.

There is indeed extroidinary energy movement right now - extroidinary enough to be dovetailing (wispy), if not bridging - and opportunity is manifest and manifesting.

And just to clarify, I do find this thread interesting. I do feel that change is coming and coming soon. I don't pretend to know what form it will take (although I do have some guesses) but I don't see any harm in keeping an open mind.
