Polar Vortex Collapses in Dec. and now Burmuda High Dissappears - WTF!
Two "permanent" features of our global atmosphere disappear within three months of each other.

We need Luisport to advise us if there is a relationship between the unprecedented disappearance of these two permanent atmospheric features:

Re: Polar Vortex Collapses in Dec. and now Burmuda High Dissappears - WTF!
First Enormous Atmospheric Event reported by Luisport in late December:

Polar Vortex Collapse, Arctic Freeze Imminent

By Andrew at 9:24 AM The model forecasts above both show big high pressure centers interrupting the polar vortex and splitting it into two pieces. Such a split exemplifies the traditional weakening of the polar vortex. When that polar vortex is weakened, the cold air locked up in said polar vortex flows south, possibly into North America, maybe into the US. This is a very good sign coming from the models at this point in time to go along with the stratospheric observations.

Continuing with watching the models, we turn to a charted forecast of the ECMWF model. I want you to look at the bottom image, called the EP Flux. In short, the EP flux shows the direction and strength (shown by length of arrow) that air moves into the stratosphere. In events where warm air enters the stratosphere, long, extended arrows are commonly seen. The forecast into the days before New Year's Day show a batch of extended arrow motions, suggesting a large motion of warming may be incoming into the stratosphere. This enhanced EP Flux would theoretically enhance warming potentials in the Arctic, thus further weakening the Polar Vortex. I find it likely that the aforementioned 50mb wave over East Asia would be to blame for this rise in EP Flux values.... [link to theweathercentre.blogspot.de]

Second anomalous event just reported by The Simple Truth:

UNPRECEDENTED Noth Atlantic synoptical: subtropical Bermuda-Azores high vanished - NEVER happened begore
First time ever that subtropical Bermuda-Azores high vanished
The oceanic subtropical highs were like the continents in the world as we knew it: they were always there, sliding over the ICTZ, closer to the equator in summer than in winter.
No more.
This is what the journalist fails to see in the picture that he describes as "I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a storm this big before."

Here's the wiki about the Bermuda-Azores High:
Check out the colored diagram of the position of the High that never goes away (until now that is)...

Azores High
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search

The Azores High (also known as North Atlantic (Subtropical) High/Anticyclone or for short, NASH, the Bermuda-Azores High, or the Bermuda High/Anticyclone in the United States) is a large subtropical semi-permanent centre of high atmospheric pressure typically found south of the Azores in the Atlantic Ocean, at the Horse latitudes. It forms one pole of the North Atlantic oscillation, the other being the Icelandic Low. The system influences the weather and climatic patterns of vast areas of North Africa and Europe, and to a lesser extent, eastern North America. The aridity of the Sahara Desert and Mediterranean Basin is due to the subsidence of air in the system.

In summer, the central pressure hovers around 1024 mbar (hPa). When it moves north towards the Iberian Peninsula it causes ridging to develop for short periods across northern France, Benelux, Germany and southeastern United Kingdom. This brings hot and dry weather to these areas normally affected by prevailing westerlies. The Azores High is known more commonly as the Bermuda High because of the strong westward ridging that develops near Bermuda, usually after the summer solstice. This can contribute to intense heat waves in the eastern United States and, spotty drought. Before the onset of winter, the High moves south of the Azores, allowing low pressure systems to invade the Iberian Peninsula and the Mediterranean.

The wiki states that the Sahara is a desert because of this persistent high over Bermuda.

Well folks, it's gone now.

Will the Sahara start turning green (again)?????

The High establishes not the weather but the CLIMATE of Africa and Europe and to some extent North America...

Talk about Global Climate Change!

This could be the big one.

Here's the wiki on the Polar Vortex:

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

A polar vortex (also known as Polar cyclones, polar vortices, Arctic cyclones, sub-polar cyclones, and the circumpolar whirl) is a persistent, large-scale cyclone located near one or both of a planet's geographical poles. On Earth, the polar vortices are located in the middle and upper troposphere and the stratosphere. They surround the polar highs and lie in the wake of the polar front. These cold-core low-pressure areas strengthen in the winter and weaken in the summer.[1] They usually span 1,000–2,000 kilometers (620–1,240 miles) in which the air is circulating in a counter-clockwise fashion (in the northern hemisphere). The reason for the rotation is the same as any other cyclone, the Coriolis effect.

One center lies near Baffin Island and the other over northeast Siberia.[2] In the southern hemisphere, it tends to be located near the edge of the Ross ice shelf near 160 west longitude.[3] When the polar vortex is strong, the Westerlies increase in strength. When the polar cyclone is weak, the general flow pattern across mid-latitudes buckles and significant cold outbreaks occur.[4] Ozone depletion occurs within the polar vortex, particularly over the Southern Hemisphere, which reaches a maximum in the spring.

Luisport predicted some weird weather for this winter in his Polar Vortex Collapse thread:

Thread: 2013 Polar Vortex Collapsing; Complete Disintegration Possible!!! US, North Europe, Midle East Hit!!!

The vortex of cold air above the north pole seemed to split into two and waves of cold air swept south.

Anyone notice a strange winter weather in their area.
Colder and more snow than usual.

Looks to me like Luisport was right on in his predictions.

So if the Bermuda high disappears for good - What then?

I'm wondering what could be influencing these planetary atmospheric features.

We're not talking localized events but two semi-permanent atmospheric features both changes drastically with 3 months of each other.

Something is going on and you may want to bring in the tomato plants for sure!

i wonder how quickly things will start changing now. we have seen with just the last few years huge weather changes. with the polar vortex gone and now the bermuda high gone, we may very well see storms of Biblical proportions. the 4 angels at the 4 corners of Earth have released their winds.

Anything is possible at this point.

My thought always go to trying to figure out the "why" of these events.

There are obvious changes all around and really so many things happening at once it's difficult to separate cause from effect.

But for me, the obvious points to the changes in the sun.
Hundreds of threads here about the increase brilliance and intensity. The gradual change from mellow yellow to white hot.

How can this not have an influence on our atmosphere; even as it is effecting our neighbor planets.

But then something instinctual tells me that the changes in the sun are an effect as well.

So I couple this with other things happening; the rain of meteors for instance.

So if the changes in the sun and the increase of visiting rocks are effects of the same cause; it begs the question:

What is this cause?

Is it the Local Fluff?

Here's an article from the space guys. They never seem to be forthright about anything. Yet four years ago they drop this little tidbit of info about a strong magnetic field at the edges of our Solar System:

[link to science.nasa.gov]

December 23, 2009: The solar system is passing through an interstellar cloud that physics says should not exist. In the Dec. 24th issue of Nature, a team of scientists reveal how NASA's Voyager spacecraft have solved the mystery.

see caption"Using data from Voyager, we have discovered a strong magnetic field just outside the solar system," explains lead author Merav Opher, a NASA Heliophysics Guest Investigator from George Mason University. "This magnetic field holds the interstellar cloud together and solves the long-standing puzzle of how it can exist at all."

Right: Voyager flies through the outer bounds of the heliosphere en route to interstellar space. A strong magnetic field reported by Opher et al in the Dec. 24, 2009, issue of Nature is delineated in yellow. Image copyright 2009, The American Museum of Natural History. [larger image]

The discovery has implications for the future when the solar system will eventually bump into other, similar clouds in our arm of the Milky Way galaxy.

I know the "Local Fluff" is old news and has been discussed ad nauseum around here but it sure could explain some of the weird things we're seeing ranging from quakes, volcanic activity, unprecedented atmospheric changes, solar energy output...

I can't quite tie in the space rocks except if they are metallic in composition certainly under the influence of a strong magnetic field they would be affected.

Now if they're just plain ole rocks; minerals without significant metallic components then the changes would be more likely the effect of gravitational forces.
(I know, I know. there is no gravity, it's our magnetic universe...)

Buts let's continue down the Local Fluff thought.

If we are in a magnetic universe and there is this huge, incredibly strong magnetic field we are entering, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to start correlating our changing earth to this magnetic field.

And if you've lurked around here for more then a couple days, you know that "they" are required to tell us.

But I don't think there's a requirement that they remind us every day.

With all the trivial BS spewed from the space agency, something like the 2009 report on the Fluff certainly stands out as an extraordinary disclosure.

They told us about a phenomenon that is truly monumental.
One that not even an Einstein predicted.

Perhaps the news release concerning this are indeed the "disclosure". OK not the one we were hoping to hear from them but nonetheless what appears to be a no bullshit, scientific observation.

so this "local fluff" disclosure allows us to break free of the timing of ancient prophecies and grounds us into a scientific explanation of our changing earth.

It is a bit eerie when you think about the timeframe of the disclosure versus those ancient calendars however.

The chances of us entering a high magnetic flux of space (and having a space probe launched decades ago that was just then available to measure the anomaly) coinciding in time with predictions concerning the end of time; it begins to boggle the mind. Talk about synchronicity!

Well, some of the high strangeness begins to make some sense.
Have we entered a time of maximum novelty?

Certainly we can always imagine novelty more maximum that what we are seeing so as in mathematics, maybe we are seeing "local maximum"

As if you pursue this line of thought further, it compels us to want logical explanations.

How could the means of detecting the Local Fluff have been launched decades ago and just recently giving us an explanation of the earth changes we are seeing at a point in time coinciding with an expired calendar?

If we search for a logical connection then maybe we can arrive on a more factual basis of what we are seeing.

So let's look backward from the time of the launch of the Voyager probes. You can't get a probe out to the edge of the solar system without a means of blasting it outside the gravity well of earth.

Slingshots and bows and arrows just aren't going to do the trick. We need a powerful rocket and coupled with that technological prowess greater than what it takes to move an "iron horse" over metal rails.

So we need to understand chemistry, physics, astrophysics. We need more than the ideas; we need the engineering skills to build machines that were enabled by these ideas.

So let's look back a couple decades before the launch of or probe that has just recently discovered a tremendously strong energy field.

What happened in the '40's that enabled a tremendous increase in technology that enabled us to discover the "Local Fluff"

There was some progress going on (if we can call figuring out how to create an ultimate doomsday weapon progress). Our parents and grandparents were racing across the country in motorcars and now were able to even jump on a flying bus and hop across the country in a few hours.

We were soon to develop the jet engine which when engineered into larger and larger means of propulsion would enable us to build a rocket strong enough to get our little probe started on it's journey.

But without computing machines to amplify our brainpower we were still stuck on terra firma for the most part.

If the small amount of leaked reports are enough to base a mental projection, allow me to throw in an alien craft crash landing in New Mexico.

Allow me to form opinions based on sketchy but existent reports of sightings of other unidentified crafts in our skies.

By all reports there was a sharp increase in reports of these flying machines starting around that decade.

So we have strange crafts whizzing through the heavens and even the strong possibility that we were in possession of at least one of these "weather balloons" that are being reported by seemingly reputable persons.

So if we are going to increase our technological prowess fast enough to get our probe to the "Local fluff" we are probably going to need some help.

The exponential increase in technology doesn't appear to me to be a natural progression from where we were just 60 short years ago.

So allow me to inject some "alien" technology into the picture to accelerate the process.

I know some might say this is mere conjecture but we have eye witnesses who under the threat of death have leaked this information.

So suddenly in the '60's we are developing machines that not even Leonardo could envision.

We've now got a function power rocket strong enough to get our probe to the Fluff and we have computing machines that at least in regard to processing speed are faster than our own brains.

Now that's some pretty amazing increases in human skills for a couple decades of work. In retrospect we might even label it miraculous.

So with the help of these "space people" we now have the technology to launch and guide our probe.

From buggy whips to space probes in one generation. Anybody that supposes we did this without outside help probably can't make a strong enough case to convince me.

So we get our probe launched in the next decade and it takes a couple more decades for it to reach the fluff; strangely just prior to an ancient calendars demise. A calendar made by "prehistoric" savages that etched pictures of "imaginary" space vehicles and astronauts on the walls of caves. This is high strangeness indeed!

And what does it find. The first reports I remember were that is was unexpectedly slowing down. WTF!

Slowing down. No this is very, very strange. Why would our fragile probe moving a constant speed for decades begin to slow down.

That must have kept the space guys scratching their heads for a few sleepless nights.

And then the "Disclosure"

The instruments in our tiny probe had detected magnetic anomalies. I had to pause and think about this one. It certainly is easy enough to believe that probe's instruments could detect a magnetic anomaly but do you remember the "picture" of the fluff that was discovered?

I just searched but can't find the artist's rendering that I remember. There were two huge balls of magnetic energy that were rendered purple in color and lay on either sides of a line (galactic center??). The two huge balls were joined at this line.

Well, I again searched for this mental rendering and still can't find it. Maybe later.

Strangely though we I googled "local fluff voyager" for images I found this rather strange piece of art:

I didn't really think too much at the time how a magnetic reading from our tiny probe could be extrapolated into an artist's rendering of two ginormous purple balls of magnetic energy.

But now as I try to pull these "facts' together it is a bit beyond comprehension.

Which leads me to believe that the space guys had other ways of resolving what the readings from our little probe were indicating.

Maybe it just pointed them in the right direction to turn their instruments and it must have been a pretty big Oh Shit that echoed through the halls that night that someone figured out what the anomalous readings from our little probe really meant.
