Tony Rooke wins his TV License case by stating the BBC were complicit in 9/11.
seriously, this is EXTREMELY SIGNIFICANT in the sense that the BBC didn't mention this before being taken to court by Tony Rooke: and they still haven't talked about it.

Points Of View, anyone?

In fact, why haven't the BBC posted a counter-claim to Rooke's suggestion the they were complicit in the events of the day on 9/11? Are they in a legal position where Rooke's concession to Disclosure in such a case might reveal a "National Security" flag on the BBC's part? A 'national security flag' covering the BBC against 9/11 (and/or 7/7?), does such exist? Has any researcher done the 'due diligence' FIOA on this question?

He doesn't need a TV license, you only need it to watch 'live' broadcasts, such as sports events or ceremonial parades, the BBC are very worried by the number of people catching on to this and refusing to buy one. That only applies tothe BBC channels by the way.

His 'wink' when he said this suggests to me he'll trip out 7/7 when they ask for it next year.
