Hi Im a nurse. Its called shock. However they can be calm one minute and suddenly they stop breathing. That is not a fake injury as far as I can see.

I'm not a surgeon but I agree too. What's most telling to me about the pics and video of this guy is the complete lack of blood on the rest of his body. This is especially noticeable when he's in the wheelchair.

When you really look at the pic of him laying down, you'll see there's a lot of 'blood' on the sidewalk/pavement but very little on anybody's clothes. The woman in the red/blue top who is laying literally 2-3 feet away from him, has not one scratch or drop of blood on her......and yet he got both his legs blown off?

The bombing event is absolutely real.

However, some fakery is thrown in for heightened shock/dramatic effect.
But, that - obviously - makes it a pre-planned false flag op.

Normaly it is enough to lost a little bit of blood and your body takes you to a deep sleep! And in few minutes you loose you life, because your injured body cannot survive without blood!

What is false at my question, I am trying to find out for other people, that something is possible - like that I can be saved in that different manner to my own experience, I can see at that horrific foto?!

They controlled the bleeding before transporting the victim.

They didn't have a wheelchair available that reclined....

Why is this bothering you so much?

You can leave the tourniquet on for 20 minutes tops, if there is a limb to be saved past the arterial break.
Otherwise, if it is to stop bleeding to death at a severed limb, it can be left much-much longer, as there is nothing past the open artery to save.

What he's saying is if you're trying to save a limb you can't keep the tourniquet on for to long, but since his leg is gone the tourniquet can stay on for an extended period of time to stop the bleeding
