Good intentions leading to bad outcomes.... If not for the shift to worrying about the environment, production costs would have been cheap enough to slow the migration of manufacturing. Unfortunately the hippies never changed the world view of China, otherwise there would be an equal footing between the markets. Sure the U.S. has severely reduced pollution output but China took up the slack.. Every time a change is made by any faction the end result is less freedom and the erosion of a system that used to work... |

The "air is posioned" is really their own mind, polluted by LSD. But it did indeed probably result in doublechecking of a lot of stuff, and maybe some things were corrected. Peace. |
