Sheriff truck (Search and Resue?) outside my house

As the title states, when I came home from an appointment today, what looked like a sort of utility truck was sitting in front of my house. It had "xxxx" county sheriff dept." on the side/door of the truck part (I don't want to put my location, sorry). Two men were inside, and were wearing orange vests. They looked at me as I pulled in to the street, but that could be normal I guess. It looked totally like they were some sort of workers, except for the sheriff bit..

Anyway, so I pulled into my driveway and when I got out of my truck, they'd left. So a bit of paranoia sets in, and I'm trying to think of anything I could've done to cause them be there... Aside from coming to GLP a lot(lol), I can't. But I am still curious, generally speaking, as to why they were there.

I don't know for a fact that it was a search & rescue truck (I didn't look closely enough), but that's definitely what it looked like.

Does anyone know what these trucks are used for? Or why they're parking in front of homes?

I'll get back to this thread to respond to any responses here when I get a chance, but it may be a couple of hours.
