autopsy and crime scene evidence will show who was on top of who when shot. That is your case unless the jury gets OJ'ed and pressured into some guilty verdict.

It's a disgrace it's being turned into some race thing as Zimmerman isn't even white. Plus people at NBC should be convicted and fined and sued for slander/tampering with evidence etc...by editing the video to make Zimmerman look racist when in reality he was asked by dispatch what color the perp was.

I agree, autopsy evidence will be interesting. I think crime scene evidence will hurt Zimmerman because there is on record he tampered with the evidence already. Zimmerman's testimony will be just as interesting too.

Do you think that perhaps Zimmerman had to get out from under the body? Or would Zimmerman just stay there with a body on top of him?

Wait, your not implying that because zimmerman isn't white than that means that he isn't racist, are you? Are you saying that white people are the only racist? Also, are you implying that because he is only 50% white, he is not white? Why not, is his blood not "pure" enough or something? lol.

But yea in my opinion, George Zimmerman is racist, in fact in Hispanic culture it's very common to find racism against blacks. His motivation to kill this child was fueled by the fact that the victim was black. He was also just dying inside to use his pistol in a real life situation, the wanna be cop thug that he is. The gun range wasn't good enough for him, he wanted to hit flesh.

Deserves the death penalty, fuck a suffering prison sentence, just kill him right now.

Depends on how the body ended up, the logical thing to do if the other person is on top of you would be to roll the body off yourself, which would normally leave it face up. We'll see what they say though.

Some folks have their version of facts that they're 100% certain about in their minds. That goes for both "sides". There is simply no room whatsoever for the truth vary from what they already believe. Hostility like this indicates that this is the case with the tard you're replying to.

I think they both were on their feet too, but the body will naturally fall back which might explain why zimmerman placed him spread out and face down on the ground. To make it look like he was overtop of him.

The only facts so far is Travon is face down on the ground and zimmerman spread him out.

So why was he on grass and how did zimmerman have his head bashed on concrete? Was Travon on top of Zimmerman twice? and if so, why didnt zimmerman report it?

Obviously it depends where you are. As I said, the thing about Martin being on top of Zimmerman when he was shot would seem to go against the pictures of him lying face down unless the body was moved or he didn't die instantly.

This is what I thought too since Z had the back of his head banged up, which means TM would have to be on top of him. Z reaches for his gun while TM is still banging his head against the curb and ker pow.

Getting up from under the body that fell back down on him after he shot the guy, already straddling him, according to the witness quoted the very next day after the incident in the Miami Herald--he still says the guy in the red jacket was on the bottom on his back getting beaten up, that Zimmerman cried out to him for help(the voice on the 911 tape) and that when he went inside to call the cops he heard the shot--when he got back outside Martin was on his face dead, no longer beating on George. Read the article in the Herald the day after for the witness reports.
Those witnesses will acquit Zimmerman--those witnesses are why he wasn't charged in the first place, until the victim-whores like Crumb and Jesse and Sharptongue got involved, smelling money.

As I say though, if Martin was straddling him, the logical way to get him off him would be to roll the body off to the side rather than try to slide out from under him. That would leave the body on it's side or back.
