HAARP’s program manager, Dr James Keeney at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, told ARRL that the sprawling 35-acre ionospheric research facility in remote Gakona, Alaska, has been shuttered since early May. “Currently the site is abandoned,” he said. “It comes down to money. We don’t have any.” Keeney said no one is on site, access roads are blocked, buildings are chained and the power turned off. HAARP’s website through the University of Alaska no longer is available; Keeney said the program can’t afford to pay for the service. “Everything is in secure mode,” he said, adding that it will stay that way at least for another 4 to 6 weeks. In the meantime a new prime contractor will be coming on board to run the government owned-contractor operated (GOCO) facility." Yeah. I believe that. NOT. too bad harp locations are evenly distributed around the globe in all populated areas - 1 bee out of the hive gone aint a big deal |

There are allegedly 72 atmospheric heaters elsewhere around the world. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 43180397 Correct. They just finished the floating versions for the high seas. Easier to hide I suppose! [link to www.google.com (secure)] Imagine that, they launched this vessel in April and they shut the land based down in May. They must think we are all fools Okay...this platform does seem to explain PART of this. I found it odd that 'being short of funds' would compell a university to shut down your website for a few weeks. THAT part of the 'official' story is implausible; there are dead and abandoned websites all over the internet...many that still function, even if only as an archive. The 'contractor' part is what troubles me most. 1. New facility at sea shifts ALL government funding to THAT project. Old project is shuttered, even its internet site. 2. Official story DOES state that in a few weeks, a NGO will be taking over operations. The government will be allowing some well-funded private entity access and use of a facility that MORE THAN ONE PERSON ON EARTH believes has the power to cause all sorts of nasty stuff on this planet. THIS is what I find most troubling. -- TRUST THE PLAN -- .......WWG1WGA...... ____________________________ still in awe of many things |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 21730403 United States 07/16/2013 09:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I said so a few months back, and was promptly castigated for it, that HAARP was shut down due to funding cuts. Funny how the locals knew, but everyone else on the internet did not. (BTW I had it verified by a real life, personal friend who was in the area visiting other friends) |

Read as: HAARP just went black, so you'll no longer be able to track it. Don't judge people's action or motives in circumstances you've never experienced. |

You think a government as disorganized as ours is really capable of that? Youre giving too many gold stars to the retard in the class |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26578528 If the Alaska facility was shut down it means they have other facilities in other places - only they are not going to tell us. The PTB are playing us for fools but we are NOT fools. I came. I saw. I Concorde.
