It's all starting to make sense now Russia is giving missles to No. Korea

Everyone kept saying North Korea wasn't a threat because they didn't have missles capable of carrying a nuke to the US mainland. We also heard that Russia was once again building bases in Cuba and probably putting missles there. Now a North Korean ship that left Russia and went to Cuba and sailed for home is stopped in Panama with Missles on board. It sure sounds to me like Russia is helping them. If in fact Russia has missles in Cuba they could hit most of the eastern and central US without using ICBM's and North Korea would now be able to reach the West Coast, Hawaii and Alaska.
