Simply put: it's time to return fire. Police can assault, maim, torture and kill with virtually complete immunity (functional discretionary immunity).....passed into law by your state legislatures. Until cops are prosecuted for crimes; the populace is living in a damned nazi police state; and at their mercy. The american courts are suppose to be the gate-keepers against illegal and unconstitutional acts...the judges (99.9999%) have failed us all miseribly. Gwinett Co. Georgia is the WORST. And I've never been there.....just too numerous reports of police brutality and murder.

Wow I really really hate cops. Those pigs where just using the incident to get a little training in and assert their dominance. They knew dame well the guy didn't have the mental ability to understand what was happening. Yet they take him to the ground??? As for the theater nazi who just had to have a ticket for a movie needs his nuts clipped. I bought a ticket once them didn't go at that time slot. Next day in afternoon when I was only one person in the theatre the bitch kicks me out cause you can't use a ticket other then when the time is for. Where is this theater and the number cause this manager needs an ear full.

In closing it breaks my heart sometimes and puts me in my place, and almost brings me to a great sense of regret. When i see people who have been born with less tools then me, and i didn't use all the capabilities god gave me to the best of my abilities.

Secondly he is mentally unwell thus cannot be expected to be 100% responsible for his actions as he obviously cannot control them, and the officers did not head that warning thus they invited the attack and the man who died merely died defending his life from a couple of fascist goons. A reasonable parent or caretaker in that situation would think: "Hmm. No, I won't take him out to a public theater since he can be obstinate and throw tantrums. I don't want to cause a scene or any sort of disturbance."

Wonder if the audience knew why he was being 'restrained'. If I'd been there I would have paid for the poor boy's ticket, as I'm sure would a lot of them. I've worked with some downs syndrome kids before - he must have been terrified.
