Japan Gov’t: It’s “inevitable” that Fukushima radioactive water will be dumped in Pacific Ocean — “Tepco has no choice”
The head of Japan’s nuclear watchdog body has acknowledged for the first time that Tokyo Electric Power Co. has no choice but to release radioactive water accumulating at the crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant into the sea.

“The Fukushima No. 1 plant is filling up with water,” Shunichi Tanaka, chairman of the Nuclear Regulation Authority, told a news conference on July 24. “Inevitably the contaminated water will have to be discharged into the sea after TEPCO processes it properly and lowers (its radioactivity levels) below the standards.”

[...] He indicated that the NRA will conduct a long-term investigation to assess the environmental impact of radioactive water discharged into the sea.

[...] The groundwater is mixed with water used to cool the melted fuel, and is accumulating with high radioactive levels at the plant.

Arnie Gundersen, Fairewinds’ chief engineer: The condition of the site right now is precarious. [...] there’s 3 problems with the site right now. The first is the enormous amount of water that’s stored on the site in hundreds of tanks. Tokyo Electric isn’t letting us know exactly what the radioactive material is in those sites but there’s so much radiation in those tanks, we do know that the exposure to people who are outside of the plant boundary is very, very high. That tells us – there’s this phenomenon called Bremsstrahlung and the decay of radioactive material in those tanks is releasing x-rays in very high quantities off site.

That means that those tanks are extraordinarily radioactive and if there is an earthquake, none of them are seismically qualified. So we could easily have a situation where 700 tanks spring leaks, it runs across the surface of the site and into the Pacific Ocean. That’s more contamination in those tanks than has already been released into the Pacific Ocean. So number one is an earthquake destroying the tanks and causing them to leak.

will be...will as it has not happened yet...???

ya think it has not been going on for years now?

well that is what TEPCO has said many times over the last several years....they have admitted to releasing radioactive water into the ocean before this statement.

And they'll keep on releasing it into the ocean as long as we allow it.. bad things happen, when good men do nothing.

All we ever get from these .gov idiots all over the World is BS, lies, half-truths and denials.

It's time for some Divine Intervention to rid us of these parasites, at the same time cleansing Earth of all of their pollution, e.g., nuclear waste/contamination, oil industry pollution of air, water and earth, chemtrail pollutants, etc.
