A quarter for five minutes in the meters. You need a bag of quarters to cover a lunch meeting. They do take credit cards, but it didn't work. The cheapest rent for a hole in the wall was about fifteen hundred a month. I wondered where all the hippies and bums slept. Fifteen to a bedroom? Other than that, it seemed no worse than any other city, and I loved the weather. It doesn't deserve destruction any more than any other city. I doubt San Francisco is more corrupt than La Crosse. |

I was born there, as were many, many generations of my family, decent, educated people. Your testament, of what you clearly know nothing of in terms of the city of my birth, is revealing of your ignorance. That and the failure to consider all the brilliant minds and innovators who call the bay home, who had the ingenuity, and intelligence to create the internet, and hence the forum you are currently wishing for their violent, and most suffering demise, kind soul that you are, based on your derelict dream. Be careful what you wish for others who have done you no harm, you may get exactly in turn what you wished for them. The "Golden Rule" reigns over fools..... |

I agree Jesus would love SF because it contains many many tolerant humans that live and let live. Judgement is held back by most and the result is a nice city. |
