This raises a few privacy issues in my mind, especially regarding showers and restrooms.

How could I forget....He does his job daily in destroying everything he touches...

truly sad that our jucicial system is not able to reason any better than this. I understand that there are children who are confused over their sexual identity, that's a fact, accepted, but it does not mean that all the other children must suffer for it, does it? There is just too much that can go wrong with this plan and I am sure there are others who recognize this as well so first, recall the judges who decided this for I am sure they are not qualified to be judges and besides, I'll bet their children , if not grown, are attending private schools and so will not be effected by this. Then make sure that the nuts who brought this bill about are not reelected by using facebook and any other means available to insure that their names are associated with this outrage.

The legislation, Assembly Bill 1266, authored by Democratic State Assemblyman Tom Ammiano from San Francisco, allows students in grades as young as kindergarten to use “facilities consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil’s records.”

Well I am sure if the girls do not want to shower with the Transgender Boy they will be labeled as an Intolerant Bigot or Bully and be thrown out of school....

Here's the trick: This is such a tiny and non-existent problem that it won't happen at all.

No boy is going to pretend to be a girl all the time just to see some middle school behind in the shower. It just isn't going to happen and if you think it is, you're worse than a moron...

No girl is going to do that the other way either.

One boy, who honestly dresses like a girl all the time and thinks he is one, will probably try it for a while, and still end up showering alone, as the girls in his class won't feel comfortable with it and either won't take a shower at all (which is most of the kids anyway...) or will wait for junior to be done.

Possible while ogling his girl dong.
