The second coming is not at all what you think it is.
The issue of the second coming as most Christians understand it will never, ever happen. It goes against the basic law of free will which even God won't violate. This earth is humanities' schoolroom. We will reap whatever we sow collectively as we are all one. Nobody is coming to save us, we save ourselves. The idea's put forth about Jesus or any of the great Prophets coming on the clouds to smite the evildoers and save us, or spiritually advanced aliens coming to help us, or some type of "Warning" as many Catholics believe that will change peoples hearts just won't happen. All these would violate free will. These ideas are put forth usually through some type of channeling or an incorrect interpretation of the bible. If it's entities being channeled, they are not of the light. Their end game is to string souls/people along to a point of frustration at an event not happening-thus shutting souls/people off about all spiritual matters and ending the potential for spiritual growth in this lifetime.

Ask yourselves, how many years have we been fed the disinformation that some sort of good aliens will manifest themselves and help us? Or that Jesus' second coming(on the clouds)is right around the corner? Preachers like Hal Lindsey and the like have made lots of money selling books telling you "the end is near". It's not going to happen, period!

The true purpose of our lives on earth is to reach a state of "Christhood" or "Buddahood" or "Krishnahood". All three preached the same message, but to different cultures at different times, to assure the same message reached the majority of humans. The distinction is that Jesus was granted a position or office by the Father, that you must pass through to reach the Kingdom of God.

When enough people start to live and reach a high level of Christhood, mankind will have a revolution of heart and mind. THIS is what the second coming is all about. We all become the Christ in the way we think and act. Much of mankind is ready for this teaching right now. And I am one of many who have been given the opportunity to share this message. Namaste!

The second coming is always here or never, this is why it can always be preached over history and never be wrong.

Either you catch the train and make it for yourself to be it or remain waiting for it to come for others and never come.

It is like most of the bible, it is true and yet false depending of the corner you handle things from.

Jesus was a human being and the first error you make is to put him on a pedestal when he just wanted to show what all people could be. As long as you put Jesus on the pedestal, there will not be a second coming because you will expect to remain below something as a godly rule.

The story of Jesus is a compilation of allegoric teachings. Even if you cannot place its validity in historical books, it had enough teachings for you to think of about your life.

I did not know that the sumerians had a book of the deads but I read many ties between the old testament and the egyptian book of the dead.

The way i understand it, (don't know if its true or not). But the spiritual journey one takes in "becoming Jesus" his so rough, you go through "hell" and back to complete it. And at one point along the way (hopefully close to the end, I'm REALLY HOPING haha) you think to your self, "Jesus Christ" that was hard as hell. A little humor to the situation. I believe "God" has a wicked sense of humor.

It is rather that the bible is a symbolic book of codes that had been stolen from another group which did not give the keys to interpreting it the way it was meant so that it becomes useless and the ones who stole it never admit whom they stole the texts from or their whole estate would fall like a castle of cards.

If you take it literally it is rubish.
If you start to understand the meaning of the allegories, this helps a lot.

Thus depending on your stance of a book written for intiates spread to a wide population it is either:

The word of God (the church says so)
Rubbish (defies logic beyond repair)
A self help book to your own developpment (for initiates who know how to interpret the symbolism).

Look why initiates where symbolically going to hell and back before even admitting any enlightment. They were going in a cave to get the deepest understanding.

I didn't say he was a man. I use the term "he" because that is what we can relate to. Its hard to describe something you don't quite understand fully, so you do the best you can. Anyways, throughout this spiritual journey, i have been severerly depressed at times, and other moments I have had some "thoughts" that were so funny, i couldnt help but make a huge grin in front of people. So there is a sense of humor to this process. At times its not "all serious". I've went through every emotion in this process, from the highest to highs, to the lowest of lowest. Extreme Stress, Guilt, fear, joy, closeness, hope. Everything you can think of. I've had peace at times. Still searching for that one i want "rested and relieved".

This is only when you find out that there is nothing to be that you are not already and there is no God that is not part of you.

Rested of relieved is only when you have thrown off the baggage.

Once I thought of spirituality as to be the exercice of trying to walk on a cable. The more you learn about spirituality, the more baggage you get that pushes you to be more and more acrobatic not to fall on one side or the other.
Real spirituality is to understand that in the end, this is either the baggage or people on sides pulling on the baggages to get you on their side that will get you out of the narrow path/the cable.

Look at a child. They do not bother at how perfect they have to be. They simply do it. Fall or get it. We have to learn to be an adult child.

The rapture is like Wile E. Coyote. You fall off the cliff, hit the ground, then the shoot pops out and drifts down over your body. Then a large boulder falls on you.
