fema camps in upstate new york? nyc/railroad

so something strange is happening in new York city

the past few yrs


they are building grassy "bike paths' for pedestrians all around the perimeter of manhattan nyc,you can see it by the highway

and they want to continue this wide greenway all the way from nyc to upstate new York.

the united nations is sponsoring the greenway path and its a multi billion dollar project.when the city is in huge dept


they want to pave roads to build a bike path from nyc to upstate


why is that

also these bike baths are wide enough to fit large busses or trains

if they want an excuse to build a railroad there over the grass


a major construction for millions dollars to tear down propert and streets

where in upstate is it going to lead to



my guess is it wont be a bike path for more than a few yrs
