They are inside the school and aware of injuries.
Wonder if they try to find the nurse for medical assistance.

At no point during any of the released transmissions do they indicate how they will be evacuating the school. In fact they can't release that because that would give everything away. It's a drill. And if the kids somehow all got out before the police arrived, they might have cared to mention that 600 kids were streaming through an active shooting scene. Small detail.
