I forgot to as PST on the time. But It's Alaska, and it seems once they start in AK, it's a busy next 48hrs. Also close to Anchorage.

I am cooking tonight. Steak, baked potatoes, green beans, and fried apples. All of it I raised myself. Really good stuff too! The beef is a 4 year old grass fed steer. The meat is tender, flavorful and full of marbling from grass. This is the way to go with grass fed beef! Not to mention the rib steaks are 2 pounds each!
