Weird. It really is strange. There are people sick everywhere with a viral issue but most of them are running fevers and have horrible respiratory conditions. I just feel strange like my body is going through a overhaul but mentally everything is great. I have all this energy but my body doesn't get to use it.lol ikr! Like energy is being stored for another day. This video was posted on that energy thread today and I thought it was fabulous. Exercises to ground but also open the way for all this energy to more comfortably integrate into our dense bodies. Enjoy. At a time where the west coast is being sandwiched by multiple medium/large quakes going off all around the Pacific, but nothing west coast US... Nothung except for a few decent sized quakes along the Juan De Fuca, and Gorda Plates. Watch between Anchorage, and Cape Yakataga for something over 5.0 or multiple 4.0s. Then the San Andreas should shift, and watch the Cascadia/Juan De Fuca. If this happens within the next few days, then get those tomato plants in. |
