UK earthquake ......

reading up on that quake area it says this :

The largest known British earthquake occurred near the Dogger Bank in 1931, with a magnitude of 6.1. Fortunately, it was 60 miles offshore but was still powerful enough to cause minor damage to buildings on the east coast of England.

It was first listed as a 4.2

I see there's been lots of activity today! It had been fairly quiet lately though, so maybe something was due? It's 10 below zero here, not fun!

Yeeeeeee freaking haaaaaaaw!!!

I was all upset, stressed, and wigged out for my appointment with the plastic surgeon today. But it turns out to be excellent news:

My wound is almost healed!!!!!!! They took the bandage off and it looks soooooo good even moreso than last Friday at wound care.

Great news: I *DON'T* have to do the surgery. In fact my wound looks so good that I can start physical therapy now - the plastics guy does not think I will do too much damage to it by bending my knee.

The plastic surgery IS still an option if we want - but I will not be able to move for 2-3 weeks while it heals, and doing that would likely take away what I have gained so far anyway.

So both options are on the table, and it's our choice but I don't have to actually have the surgery if I don't want to since while it will speed up the process, I'm gonna be healed in the same amount of time anyway so it will be a wash if I don't do the surgery.

There is no decision at this point -- the answer is clear -- no surgery needed.
