This is one of our 'trigger' earthquakes. Our Finland friend had pointed this out and it had held true. I think?

Is this what Finland was saying if it's over a 5.0 and either really high up or really low coordinate wise... it would be bad, right?

I'm thinking of something different (I think) and could be totally wrong.
