In by 8:00, out by 11:00. Other than that, I'm in a good mood. Do they medicate you prior to doing that? Ouch : ( I take diazepam and oxycodone about an hour before, which is when we leave for the hospital. For the injections I get a topical analgesic then a cocktail of injections into the spine and surrounding area to numb it. I can feel needles going in but at that point I don't care lol. It only hurts when he injects into specific nerve canals and bundles. Then you can feel the injection going in and irritating the hell out of them. It wears off soon so its no big. It takes about two and a half hours and then a half hour in recovery. I'm a bit wobbly for the day, but the next day it feels so much better. I don't want general anesthesia because it would triple my time in recovery. I like in and out. Plus, the spine specialist uses real time imagery with a radiologist present and I get to watch and ask questions. Its not too bad. Anything to avoid another back surgery. |

REGION Date time 2017-07-11 07:00:11.0 UTC Location 49.12 S ; 164.50 E Depth 30 km [link to m.emsc.eu (secure)] 6+ quakes in Auckland Islands and the near Macquarie Islands in general cause trouble in Indonesia. I'm talking about quakes of 6.5+. The key concept is still energy release. This year has been abnormally quiet both in quake numbers and total energy released. That is why at least 8.6+ is coming this year. We are also closing 6 months without a 7+.. it is almost unprecedented. Similar lull did in fact occur in 2004 before the 9.3 in December. Even a 9+ is a real possibility. Can't say for certain where it will hit, but I think it's time for the Aleutian Islands and Alaska. -Finland For CS about the possilibity of 9+, this post was from July before the lull ended. So I would watch for those locations to react beforehand if Indonesia will again produce a monster. The lull without 7+ lasted 176 days in 2017. In 2004 it was 159 days. As calculated earlier, we are lacking multiple 7+ and should have a 6+ daily to catch the averages. There should be at least one 8+, three 7+ and over twenty 6+ before 2018. -Finland |

There's a lot of good quality fake trees out there that look very real. I used a fake tree for years before this year. Mostly because I used to live on the third floor of an apartment/3 family home and the first year I got a real tree while living there was a nightmare. I was vacuuming the three levels of stairs for a week due to the mess the pine needles made when taking the tree down to the trash after Christmas. I swore I would never get a real tree EVER again after that year lol. I only caved this year because the family wanted to start the tradition of a group of us going to cut down our own trees. The mess isn't nearly as bad when you don't have to lug a 7-8 foot tree up/down three flights of stairs. : ) ~*Ride the Wave*~ |

WhiteAngel also known as WA User ID: 13752844 United States 11/27/2017 03:55 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Those are good deals. I’ve gotten several of my family line back to the mid 1600’s in North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. One of my next things to do it get maps from early America because states and counties aren’t the same as they are now. Quoting: WhiteAngel My family line in the US goes back two generations and I knew all of them. Tracing family lineage in countries that were bombed and war torn during WWI and WWII is a bit of a bitch because so many records were destroyed. Even my cousins in Russia can't find family records because of Hitler or Stalin. We have word of mouth family records but even my father had two birth certificates with different given names on them. My husband's family is even more complicated but he also had two generations in this country both of whom he knew. Its complicated. I tried posting and it didn't like the Israel word and it banned me. So I used my karma to upgrade which I wanted to save till later in the month.....sniff. Anyway, here is what I posted: That is my husband's side. Mother is 2nd generation Irish but father is Israeli (GLP doesn't like that word it seems. They were from Lithuania/Latvia and Poland where Israeli were rounded up and killed. What records did survive were destroyed by the family since the Nazi's were using genealogy to find and kill more Israeli. Those who came to the USA after a few years changed their names so they wouldn't sound so Israeli. So far I am all Western Europe with a big portion of Irish and Scots though I can't wait to see what the DNA results show. I used to be worried about the DNA test - we all are conspiracy-tards after all - but I figure "they" know it all any way so who cares and I WANT TO KNOW. lol Isaiah 5:20 KJV Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Quoting: Kek the Winged Hussar I'm overweight and need certain kind of excercices . Walking is a good place to start. Honestly, it's one of the best forms of exercise. Try to do it throughout the day any chance you get. Maybe 5 minutes at a time, or 10, or an hour. Overtime it will all add up. Consistency is key my friend. Just incorporate it into your everyday life however you can. I used to weigh over 300 lbs. In a little over a year I got down to my current weight, 180. I didn't do anything intense. Walking was really my only exercise. I still do it every day. Take care of yourself and always stay positive. |
