I've never felt less fulfilled with finding a job. Relieved, yes but screw selling cell phones.

Jesus legit got mad at the " money changers" of his time. The bankers - cracked the whip at them and flipped tables full of coins. Only time he ever showed anger.

Now we all chase profits our whole lives. False prophets. We call obtaining money - "savings" while he was trying to save our souls. And Jesus was referred to as the cornerstone. The first and largest stone placed in a foundation. The all seeing eye on the dollar bill is on the cap stone. The opposite and last stone placed on a pyramid.

All of that is no coincidence imo..

Hey everyone - a quick update then I'm off to bed. Have a very early start tomorrow to travel to another town for 3 days of training at the new job. Man, it's pretty overwhelming - a brand new industry for me! And SOOOOO much new stuff to learn. Will give it my best shot and see how I do!

Grandson got released & came home today. Sounds better than he has in a couple of years! He wants to do outpatient treatment for drug counselling, and other counselling for anger management. It's one day at a time, but he's agreed to weekly drug testing, and wants to work for our company until later in the summer when he can go apply to oil companies and maybe make more than we can pay him, and get benefits.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your encouragement, kind words, and prayers. You are an amazing group of people, and I hope to get back online in a day or two and catch up on everything. I pray that all of you have a blessed week!

And MoN - hang in there! If you get the job selling cell phones, you can pay the bills and keep looking for that "special" job that feeds your soul! Who'd have thought that, at my age, after working for over 50 years, I'd end up working as the office manager for the on-site office of a cemetery???? But that's where I am, for a season.

Well, gotta hit the hay! It's been a long day, and I need my beauty rest...Or something.... LOL

That's great news about your grandson, and about your job! Wow, what a turn around for your grandson! I hope you like your new job. I started a new job in the fall and it's tough. Doesn't matter what the job is, there's always a ton of foreign stuff to figure out and it's exhausting. Hang in there!
