Simple27 (OP) User ID: 75856824 United States 05/05/2018 08:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | NASA InSight to look into 'Marsquakes' and planet temperature - Daily Mail The launch was the first interplanetary mission ever to depart from the West Coast, drawing pre-dawn crowds to Vandenberg Air Force Base and rocket watchers down the California coast into Baja. The spacecraft will take more than six months to get to Mars and start its unprecedented geologic excavations, traveling 300 million miles (485 million kilometers) to get there. InSight will dig deeper into Mars than ever before - nearly 16 feet, or 5 meters - to take the planet's temperature. It will also attempt to make the first measurements of marsquakes, using a high-tech seismometer placed directly on the Martian surface. [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] ~*Ride the Wave*~ |

deanoZXT User ID: 76515077 United States 05/05/2018 09:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's after 6 o'clock for me and a Saturday. Is it drinking time yet? I think so. I'm going to walk to the Chevron. I took a couple pics of the Olympic Mountains earlier this morning from the Rite Aid up the hill. It was around 11am ish. I also owe Simple27 a pic of the pool. They cleaned it up quite a lot today and placed more chairs around it. I'll snap a pic on my walk in a bit. I'll upload them to imgu r and link them here later. Just a side note, on TNT is San Andreas. side side note. Over in the playground/picnic/pet area field area, two buildings up, there's a good sized group of people having a fun BBQ. Smells like the usual hot dog and hamburger fare. I'm going to nonchalantly pass by, even though it's out of my way to the Chevron. Just to see if I see a friendly face. I have been here about 2 weeks now, so I know a few people and a lady or so. Last Edited by deanoZXT on 05/05/2018 09:27 PM -Everything's more awesome when you lean into it. |

I have new neighbors in the back and one house up. They moved in last summer. They must be youngish or just immature, they have people over on the weekends, they hang out in the back yard til 2-3am talking, laughing, yukking it up, intoxicated. Not fun. They must be youngish or just immature, they have people over on the weekends, they hang out in the back yard til 2-3am talking, laughing, yukking it up, intoxicated. Not fun. It was a relief that it ended rather quickly. I get having fun and listening to music (I do it too) but it's a respect thing. No need for it to be so loud. Especially certain songs they had going with swears when there was a high school baseball game going on just feet away with parents watching. 2:00-3:00am is way too late to be loud outside.
