Trump publicly stated for Russia to hack her emails and four hours later they did.

Trump's campaign members had over 100 contacts with Russians.

Kushner tried twice to set up a back channel with the Kremlin.

The list goes on and on.

How was there no conspiracy?

Mueller did not exonerate Trump of either obstruction or collusion.

However, that aside, we don't know if he's compromised. That is a different thing.
