How do you figure those magnitudes? Cali should see some action after that Vancouver quake, but it should be lower in magnitude, not higher, if his theory holds true.

In general, from what I understand from him, the area between the quakes of similar magnitudes will have a quake 1.0 - 1.5 magnitudes higher shortly thereafter.

I always forget what the deepest is, but this has to at least be in the top 5. This should spark some more action.

I think that part of his approach is only regarding really deep quakes. Like that one in Banda Sea that me and CAPS were noticing. That could spark some larger activity nearby. If the quake is more shallow, as the energy travels it typically loses magnitude with each quake that occurs along the way. Unless an area skips and doesn't release any energy, in which case pressure builds a bit so the next spot might be slightly larger than it should've otherwise.

So, the Vancouver quake was fairly shallow/avg. at 10km, it should spark activity in Cali but the eqs should be smaller, like a full mag or so, I think. If that same energy travels all the way across the craton, it will continue to lose strength as those releases occur.

That's my understanding of it. Of course, there are always exceptions! Hence we are all still here trying to figure it out!

Are you talking about the top 3 deepest quakes of all time, or 3 quakes that deep from today? I'm confused at this point.

'ALL TIME'...GO AND TRY TO FIND A 751 OR A 749...ALL OF THEM R EXACTLY 7 5 0 .....TWILIGHT ZONE.

Note before that when I predicted this it has happened, although it took an extra day or so for the bigger one to show up in the CSZ off the coast of Northern Cali.

I guess we'll just wait and see. I could be totally wrong too. Which is actually more likely.

Gotcha. My guess is that the sensors only go to 750, so that might be the max reading.
