Rich wasn't set up..They were following this dude out of the mall because even though the mall was on lockdown, some people were unaware of what was going on. I guess others decided the coast was clear and decided to leave. The cops were shaky but they stood guard at every entrance and waved any innocent people trying to get out their way This whole thing is crazy, this Rich Shoop guy is from a town 10 minutes away and a lot of people say he was the nicest guy you'd ever meet. But you can't go around thinking everything is a conspiracy because sometimes, shit does just happen.

Were you arrested for looking suspicious and wearing similar clothing to the "suspect", or were you arrested after going up to the police directly and telling them you wanted to assist them at which point they realized you were armed which lead to an arrest?
