If memory serves.. they just recently dropped the turbine on the plant floor (and some poor workers) just like aircraft turbines, any amount of asymmetric loading will lead to catastrophic disintegration at normal rated performance.

Everyday, when I go outside, I wear my radiation suit with the breather filter. People look at me funny but I will have the last laugh when they start dying to cancer and organ failure.

I use to live briefly within the 5 mile ALERT ZONE of that nuclear plant and know someone who's husband at that time worked for the plant. That place was always having some kind of situation going on.

I was new to Arkansas at that time when I moved into a literal moutainside apartment....but when I discovered how close I was and that everyone within that 5 miles radius was on an auto alert notification call system...;I about freaked.

I couldn't wait to move from there and did so after only 6 months.
