Looks like the man on the right (looking toward the pic) has his head turned to the right looking at the guy on the left, who appears to be looking ahead, maybe even smiling.

i cheated though... I put it in a graphics prog and made it smaller to see some detail. it almost looks like the same face on the turin shroud but a side view.
