We did watch her 'movie' when Netflix was running it. My wife and I couldn't believe the shirt she was wearing with the giant eye on it. Obvious imagery. She got flipped somewhere back to the dark side. Was Russell that person? thanks |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 51991939 Oh Jesus! Are you Jesus? or jesus.? I'll be whatever Katy Perry wants me to be for the night! Actually, if you fight for her right, she might be right. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 28688560 United States 01/02/2014 05:29 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Russel Brand does not seem like a satanist, he seems like a person fighting for the greater cause of humanity. That's pretty clear after hearing him talk. I think you people need to get your facts straight, and provide some links before saying things without creditability. |

She also practices Transcendental Meditation, a form of mantra meditation." It's all inwardly based, very selfish like Buddhism. Trying to achieve this nirvana-like state that only benefits yourself. The only way to evolve spiritually is to focus on the teachings of Jesus and what he did for others. Start looking at the fruits of other religions. Christians donate more than any other religion, they do more for others. You don't see Islamic centers holding fundraisers or bake sales for people. You don't see Buddhists coming out to help when there is a tragedy that does not directly affect them. I think what scares me is that she has a wide audience that she is impacting with her statements. On some level she knows this and wants people to become even more self-involved than they already are. |

[link to buddhism.about.com] [link to en.wikipedia.org] The higher principle/teaching of that philosophy is that there is no 'individual self', that it's an illusion - so how you can claim it's ultimately a 'selfish' philosophy escapes me. That 'nirvana-like state' does not only benefit the one who experiences it. It enables one to live selflessly with a compulsion to be of service to others. That whole removing the beam from your own eye first before you attempt to guide/advise others.... Also, Tolle discusses & gives credence to the teachings attributed to Christ in his writing... He's not a bible thumper though.... |

She looks nothing like she does when she's 'on'? That has always gotten my attention. Another sad case of voluntary slavery. Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3340067 I believe that. Someone that I knew and loved went astray in a little different way. My friend told me, keep praying-he's hooked up to Jesus like an invisible rubber band; that everywhere he goes, he's still connected to Jesus. He returned to Jesus. Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. Whatever feels good to your soul, do that. |

Renounce or face ruin tomorrow!" It's sad that, where some celebrities are speaking out against the illuminati influence, a young woman with a supposedly strong Christian up-bringing would sell her soul for the temporary continuation of worldly riches; that or fear of blackmail, even death! Whatever they're offering, it ain't worth it, people. Here's an example from the recent film Black Death where (not sure if it's just the first guy or they show what happens to the second one who does what they ask of him) men are faced with the hard choice: [link to www.metacafe.com] |
